These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Color Hunt mobile application ("Color Hunt", "Service"), provided by Adem Beno / Beno Studio ("we", "our", "us").
By using Color Hunt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Color Hunt, or older where your country requires a higher minimum age for digital services (for example, 16 in some European countries). If you are under 18, you may use Color Hunt only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who has accepted these Terms on your behalf.
Color Hunt includes content shared by other users. If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for supervising a minor's use of the Service.
Color Hunt is a photo and color game. The Service assigns or lets you choose a target color, helps you find that color in the world around you using your device camera, and lets you arrange the photos you capture into a collage you can export and share.
Color Hunt includes solo hunts, a weekly shared color, private group hunts with friends, and an optional public feed ("Inspire") of collages that users have chosen to share.
Features, content, and availability may vary by platform, device, and app version.
A Color Hunt account is required to use the Service. You may sign in using your Apple or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You must provide accurate information during sign-in and keep it up to date. You may not share your account, or create an account on behalf of another person without their permission.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and all content you have uploaded from our servers.
You own everything you create with Color Hunt. We do not claim ownership of your photos or your collages.
How your content is handled:
By sharing a collage to Inspire, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that collage for the sole purpose of operating and — where you have enabled the setting above — promoting the Service. This licence ends when you stop sharing the collage or delete your account.
You are responsible for the content you capture and share. You confirm that you have the right to share it, and that doing so does not infringe anyone's rights, including the privacy rights of people who appear in your photos.
Color Hunt is a positive, low-pressure space. There are no scores, no rankings, no winners and no negative reactions anywhere in the app, and we intend to keep it that way.
You agree not to post, share or submit content that:
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on Color Hunt. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
Group hunts are private and joined only by invite code, which limits who can see any collage you submit to a group event. Sharing to the public Inspire feed is entirely opt-in, and you can revoke it for any collage at any time, removing it from the feed and from every other user's saved list immediately.
If you see content on Color Hunt that violates section 5, or you want to report another user, contact us at [email protected] with as much detail as you can — the collage, the user, and what's wrong with it. We review every report we receive and will remove violating content and suspend or terminate the accounts of users who post it. We may do this without notice.
Groups are private and joined by invite code. If you create a group, you are responsible for who you invite into it. Group owners can remove members and delete a group.
In a group event, each participant is assigned a color that stays hidden until the join window closes, and submitted collages are revealed together when the event closes. Reactions are limited to positive ones. We do not guarantee that an event will complete, that all participants will submit, or that deadlines will be met.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service where misuse is detected or reasonably suspected.
Color Hunt is free to use. Color Hunt Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks watermark-free HD exports, all palette collections, and custom hex color hunting.
Features included in Plus may change over time. If we remove a significant feature from Plus, we will tell you in advance. Your own hunt history, group size, and the core hunting and collage features remain free.
Color Hunt, including its name, design, color card names and codes, palettes, software, and the color-matching engine, is owned by Beno Studio and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding.
Color Hunt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pantone LLC. Color names and "CH" codes used in the app are Color Hunt's own and are not Pantone colors or Pantone references.
Color-match results depend on your device camera, lighting conditions, and the subject being photographed. Color matching is a creative aid, not a measurement instrument, and must not be relied on for any professional, industrial, or safety-related purpose.
Hunting and collage creation work offline; groups, events, sharing and backup require an internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Color Hunt is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of Color Hunt.
If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount required by applicable law.
Your use of Color Hunt is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes in detail what data we handle and how.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Color Hunt at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires additional consent.
You may stop using Color Hunt and delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, your uploaded collages, and your group memberships from our servers.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms — in particular the community rules in sections 5 and 6 — or if required for legal or security reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkiye, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Color Hunt will be resolved in the courts located in Turkiye, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
